This is an agreement between you and Changzhou Liya Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. 3.知识产权Intellectual property right

d.争议/强制性仲裁Disputes/Mandatory Arbitration
本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖并按照中华人民共和国法律解释。因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议，应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员北京分部进行仲裁，仲裁应按照申请仲裁时现行有效的仲裁规则进行。最终仲裁裁决对双方都具有约束力。您签订本协议或使用利雅智能科技设备或服务即视为已同意这些条款。
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to Beijing Branch of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules in force at the time of applying for arbitration. The final arbitration award shall be binding on both parties. You shall be deemed to have agreed to these terms when you sign this agreement or use Liya intelligent technology equipment or services.
